Last night Danny received his much anticipated letter, announcing his new buddy. Kermit has made his debut. We are all so excited and can't wait to meet Kermit and bring him home as a new member to our family. Thank-you so much to everyone for all their love, support, and prayers. We could not have done this without all of you. We look forward to sharing our training experience with you and also life with Kermit once we come home. Here is Kermit's letter. This is Kermit, NO not Kermit the Frog! Kermit the DOG silly! Why does everyone always think frog when they hear my name? Do I look like a little green guy? My litter is the Sesame Street Gang and I am the last of the gang to leave. Three of my littermates went ALL the way to New Zealand! I have been working very hard to be your best buddy and can't wait for you to get here. About a month ago I was really surprised when walking out to the yard I saw a mini me! Yep, a mini Kermit the dog! Seems my parents decided to have another litter and now they are all here at 4 Paws too! Believe it or not one looks just like me. Well ALMOST this Kermit the dog Mini me is a girl! They have very strange names. I will not even try to write the litter name here but all their names are sounds, like crunch, vroom, and whizz. I am so excited that you are finally coming. I looked for you with every class that came and when you were not there I just waited. I knew eventually you would come! So my good friend, hurry to Ohio, I am waiting for you! xoxo Kermit the DOG!
